In 60 ton hydraulic press, we can emboss gold coins of 1 mg to 20 grams and silver coins of 1 mg to 10 grams. 60 ton Hydraulic press consists of 3 HP Single pump which pulls oil from oil tank of capacity 40-50 liters. The oil flows from the oil tank to the tubes and these tubes are connected to hydraulic cylinder and these oil forces the hydraulic cylinder to go up and down. Hydraulic cylinder also consists of rings which is used to prevent oil leakage.So, this is the mechanism of how 60 ton hydraulic press works.
