Ultrasonic cleaner uses high frequency sound waves to clean delicate jewellery items.The cleaner has tank filled with cleanin solution, usually water mixed with mild detergent or a specialized ultrasonic cleaning solution.This solution helps to loosen dirt and grime.The cleaner is equipped with ultrasonic transducers that convert electrical energy into high frequenc sound waves.These sound waves create high frequency vibrations in the cleaning solution.The ultrasonic waves create microscopic bubbles in the solution through a process called cavitation.Cavitation occurs when high frequency vibration cause the formation and collapse of rapid bubbles in the liquid. The collapsing bubbles release burst of energy that generates strong cleaning action.The energy dislodges dirt,oil,grease,tarnish,and other contaminants from the surface of jewelery,even in hard reach areas like small crevices and intricate designs. Once the cleaning is complete, the jewelery is removed from tank,rinsed with clean water,and dried using soft cloth or air.
