Vibrator polisher V1 model is used for polishing of jewellery items. Bharat vibrator polisher is heavy vibrator polisher with thick 1.5 inch thick steel body.Vibrator polisher size ranges from 1kg to 15kg.1kg Vibrator contains 5 kg ss media, 2 kg contains vibrator contains 15 kg media,3 kg contains 20 kg media,5 kg contains 25 kg media,8 kg contains 40 kg media,9 kg contains 50 kg media,10 kg contains 60 kg media, 12 kg contains 90 kg media and 15 kg contains 200 kg media. Bharat Machine Tools also provides vibrator 1 litre shampoo along with Vibrator .Extra shampoo is however chargeable.Media is also chargeable.Each of Bharat Machine Tools vibrator contains 4 springs which makes the vibrator vibrate. Due to vibration of media and because of friction between jewellery and steel media, jewellery gets polished because of friction. Vibrator media are also available in various quality the most famous provided by Bharat Machine Tools include 202 and 302 steel.In Each vibrator motor has 2 shafts and to each shaft is attached a spring.Spring stretches and compresses due to motor rotation.Spring is attached to vibrator tub due to which vibrator vibrates.
